Default Tires and rims

Hey guys I need new tires and was thinking of getting rims also. Was wondering what tire sizes fit. Found a set of these 285/75/16. Anyone have any pictures?

I have 2003 Express

Check your door jamb sticker for the proper tire size, rating and inflation. Then check the tire size calculator at 1010tires.com to compare what other sizes are close the the same outer circumference. Then go shopping....lol

I have an 02. I have 245 75 16's. The 285's you mentioned would be way bigger. You would need a lift, and maybe even offset rims to push the fronts out a bit.
I prefer close to stock size and nice mags.....save your money on the rest....

I just picked up an 04 2500 and it looks like anything much bigger than around 31" is going to rub or need the keys cranked. Takeoffs with 265/75 16's off a Silverado rubbed a little when I tried it. I think I'm going to go 17's with 245/70 K02's as it looks like they should fit fine.

i just installed some silverado wheels and tires, painted them with hammered paint. came out great, and i sold my stock steel wheels/tires for more so was more than a free upgrade.

Used wire attachment on a drill, cleaned up loose peeling clearcoat, scuffed, and painted with rusoleum hammered silver paint
Masked off the centercap in middle and thats all. Centercap is 2-piece actually
Turned out ok for 2-3 hrs of my time
I also did the front bowtie to match in same color
