Unhappy Weird horn

Need some input on horn problem. 2004 Chev Express 1500 explorer Conversion. Lately my horn doesn't want to work or gives a very faint beep, also does the same when using the keyless fob. It only does it when extremley HOT outside, hi 80s and up. Once you let the vehicle sit till things cool down everything OK. No problems in winter or other times. Could the computer be overheating? relay? bcm? horn itself?? WEIRD, THANKS in advance

Check the ground and wiring.
Trace it all the way back to the relay, to make sure you don't have a wire short that changes as the insulation relaxes with heat.
