03 express 2500 van electrical problem

Default 03 express 2500 van electrical problem
battery was dead .charged it to find that the fan on the heater- air is now on all the time with the ignition off and key in hand? so how do i fix this?

The relay in the blower motor resistor is probably stuck on causing the blower motor to not shut off. give a good smack to see if you can get it to shut off
