How do I know if my van had one? It's a conversion van with power locks.

 

I don't believe that existed as an option in 1994. The power locks run off a metal relay box under the dash the same way they had since the 1970s. I've pulled the entire extra harness out and moved it from one van to another.

You could certainly check the RPO codes list in the glovebox and see if one for remote entry is present.
