I just got a 1995 G20, 350 throttle body van, it had set for 10 years and will run if you pour gas in the throttle body, but cuts off as soon as it runs out the gas I pour in, I can not hear the fuel pump run and assume that's it, does a fuel pump go bad if it sets for years?

 

Anything can go bad after sitting for 10 years.

 

try the old, (crank it while someone beats the underside of the gas tank with a rubber hammer trick) But yes, its likely varnished solid....
