1998 1500 where to get spare wheel rear door carrier
%subj% pretty much says it all. Apart from the spare wheel carrier I am trying to find running boards or complete body kit that would not diminish ground clearance (something like attached pic). My 1998 Chevy Express 1500 conversion van also needs right rear window (could be w/o vent). I am probably bad internet seeker, I found some shops, but they do not answer. Could someone please point me out to something?

I would start with salvage yards.
Now that you mention I can't think of an outside tire carrier for these vans. I don't think there is such a thing, because the spare was moved under the rear floorpan. The 1995 and older put it on the back because the factory stowage was in the right rear of the body.
The entire hinge design is different, so even trying to adapt an older one would be difficult.

Underneath the car, there is LPG tank on the place of spare tire. Outside carrier does exist, check these photos:
The same Chevy I got
I like this one as it seems fitted to hinges instead of drilling holes through doors
Does anybody have such a carrier? I am thinking of DYIng it and would like to get some info regarding size of tubes, thickness of bolting plate etc…

Unfortunately I dont have pictures of the door open. The van is sleeping in a barn right now for the winter ... But I can say the diameter of the tube is roughly 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 inches.
