Default 2000 Chevy express Need help no mechanic has figured it out

I have a 2000 Chevy express 1500 with the 5.7 vortec. This problem has been going on for a couple years now, it started when my dad had the van and couldn’t figure it out after many stops by different mechanics so I bought it thinking I could figure it out and about a year later still nothing. So the problem is that one day the van wouldn’t start and he sprayed it with starter fluid and it started right up, once you get it started it will run until you shut it off and boom same thing, (I don’t use ether I just pour gas in the cold air intake) it started out where it would start when it was cooled down but after that needed a boost, but now it won’t start at all without some help. over the time we have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, distributor rotor, distributor cap, spark plugs and wires, camshaft position sensor, upper intake manifold gasket, throttle body gasket, oil pressure sensor, temp sensor, map sensor, maf sensor, checked all fuses and relays, and there is more but I just can’t remember all of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also I forgot that when I have my fuel pressure tester connected and I release the pressure from the fuel rail it would start right up but without releasing it, no luck

I think you need to read again. He is asking for our help.

I would test the fuel injectors.

how would I go about testing them? There’s really no way to try it with the key on. Is there a way to test them with the spider out of the car?

Silly me read it wrong. I thought it was posted, then was edited as it was fixed. Poor comprehension on my part!
