I have a 2000 express 2500 that cranks sounds like it wants to start then shuts down. I just swapped the Spider Injector for a multiport.....didn't work. The security light stays on the whole time. I have also replaced the tank, fuel pump, filter. I am stumped hoping maybe now its the security thingy

 

if the security light is on, then the engine can't start. Fuel is cut off.
Search the forum for passlock reset. I'm positive instructions are here somewhere.

 

Does anyone know why my voltage doesn't drop when I turn thr key to crank the engine like his does? I get the 5.171v like he does but no drop when I turn the key to start it
