Question 2001 Express 1500 Passenger 5.7 Liter V8, 186K mi, Failed Emissions with 7 codes

Greetings

2001 Express 1500 Passenger 5.7 Liter V8, 186K miles, Failed Emissions with 7 codes

What could cause all of these 7 codes, check engine light came on a few weeks before the Colorado emissions were due.

Could one single issue result in all the codes ?

P0128: Engine Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat
P0161: Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank2, Sensor2)
P0174: lean bank 2
P0304: Cylinder 4 Misfire (Same bank #2 has 2,4,6,8)
P0452: Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor
P0453: Evaporative Emission Control Pressure Sensor High
P1153: Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Insufficient Switching Bank 2 Sensor 1.

Bank #2 Passenger Side of vehicle

Or is my 2001 Express just falling apart ?

Any information is appreciated

If your thermostat is faulty, then your engine may not be reaching operating temperature, and yes that could cause more problems. It's cheap fix. Start with that.

It sounds like the fuel ones might be related

The codes could have piled up over time. You might try clearing them out, and then see what pops up first and deal with that.

Bad cat., could be 02 sensor, but they last longer than catalytic converter does.
