My daylight running lights come on and off when they want to by their selves. I can be driving down the road and they flicker or I could be sitting at idle and they will go off and on does anybody know what the problem could be.

 

Welcome from Florida. Do you have anything on the dash that could be moving as you drive that might cover up the sensor for the DRL? The sensor might be bad also.

 

No I don't have anything on the dash near the DRL module

 

Mine did that too. That I know of, no sensor. I presumed a loose connection somewhere. I didn't even look at how to disconnect it.

 

LED bulbs in your headlights?
