Default 2003 Chevy Express / Replacing Weatherstripping

I am converting a 2003 Chevy Express into a camper. I painted the outside with truck bedliner. I taped the weatherstripping. But when I took the tape off after the first coat, I found that some of the paint had bled through the tape. Also, it is just old. So I want to replace it. I am wondering if aftermarket universal weatherstripping would work. I cannot afford to buy the OEM weatherstripping. Can someone please advise me? I need to replace weatherstripping around the drivers, passenger, side cargo, and back doors.

Thanks,
Keightley

Any chance I can get someone to answer the above post?

I clean up overspray with brake clean.

I didn't know these had any weatherstrip to bother on the side and back doors, they're glued into place.

Did you ever find a weatherstripping solution?
