Default 2004 3500 abs issues

hey guys. Need some help here. Have a 2004 gmc savanna 3500 cutaway van drw. Have problem where at slow speed to a stop the abs will kick in and pulse and pull to the right. I have already replaced complete brakes all around. And the 2 front abs sensors. And it is still happening. Where should I look next. Thanks

Try disconnecting the front wheel speed sensors individually and/or together and check if the issue disappears. That will lead you to the correct direction.
Ideally, get a Tech 2 and read the EBCM (elec. brake control module) codes. Also, you will be able to see helpful real-time data when attempting to repeat the issue - wheel speeds and brake pressure.

disconnecting them separately will make the issue go away but will turn on the abs light, removing both will turn on the brake light,

There is 2 new abs sensors installed but the issue is still happening
