Default 2005 chevy express a/c
its hard to get to but is there a way to engauge the compressor so it will take freon?the clutch will just not come on when the switch is on ,all fuses are good

May try to bypass the low pressure control attached to the accumulator see if it comes on. Right behind the battery give it a try.
