2000 Chevy Express 2500 P0108
Hello,Im hoping someone out there has a remedy for this,Im a mechanic and cant figure out why I keep getting this P0108 (Intake Manifold pressure too High) Here's what Ive done so far....Ive torn it down rmoving the heads..relapped the valves......Installed an new map sensor, installed a new EGR Valve,The same crap code keeps coming up.....I appreciate any and all suggestions in advance before I turn this thing into an expensive firework...
Update......Believe it or not!!! It was the (TPS) Throttle Position Sensor...All that work, over and time over a $40 dollar sensor...Well hopefully this may help anyone that may have the same problem....
Just read your problem and the solution you found. I have a ford mustang 5.0 and we made a few changes to the car. The code came up as stating the intake manifold pressure problem as well-cant remember number as it may be different for ford. Long story short is was the throttle pos. sensor as well.
