any dtc's?
possible sources are a blockage in the filler neck vent and fill pipes,
the tank evap vent solenoid is stuck closed, tank vent line is blocked are the canister is blocked.
disconnect the tank vent line to the canister, if the problem is still present, check the filler neck.
