Default 2011 express no fuel pump

hey guys we got a 2011 express 2500 van that had been acting up and throwing a system lean code so replaced the oxygen sensors, cleared code and went away, drove it 2 more days then cut off. has 0171 permanent code now...fuel pump will not come on, dropped tank and replaced pump and still nothing. new relay and fuse is good, anything else run the pump on these newer vans? thanks!

Check the fuse box under the drivers seat, I've seen a melted fuse box (underside), terminals at the fuel pump fuse, and the wiring harness. The dealer said it burned up the fuse box, and wire harness because we never cleaned the injectors making the fuel pump work harder..... Morons.
The few vans I've seen this on all had 40- 50,000 miles on them 2- 2010s and a 2011.

Did you unbolt the fuse box to get a look at the back side? That is where it seems to manifest first.

Rag Box.... lol . Sorry, made me laugh at that one.

Not something I want to read about on newer vans. New owner of a 2013 in about a month.
