Default 2012 express no air conditioning

Hi everyone looking someone that really know these vans
Fixing up this 2012 express for a work truck. My Tacoma is too small.
rats had gotten in to the van a chewed the hvac vacuum tubes. I went to a wrecker and got the hoses.now the setting will move to floor and vents and all but the a/c doesn’t work.
im a air conditioning tech so I put my gauges on the low side and had 15-20psi and put some gas In to get it up to 45. But didn’t want to over charge so now looking for some info.

I am not sure you will find specs for charged pressure for high/low side. What you will find are specs for how many ounces of R-134a the system needs - probably in the owners manual, or on a plaque under the hood. The only way to get there is to start with a fully evacuated system, pull a hard vacuum on it, and then charge with that many ounces. When I charge my cars after working on the A/C, I have a small set of scales I use to weigh the last can as I use it up, so that I know when I get to the 34 ounces or whatever I am shooting for, depending on the vehicle. It makes a difference, as you will not cool properly if undercharged (obvious), but also will not cool properly if you over charge the system.
