When the calipers were bleed, there was great flow...so I'm not sure if I'd suspect a kink or blockage in the line...unless you've come across that in life...great flow during bleeding process but kink or blockage in line?

when you bled the calipers, the van was jacked up was it not?

The only other thing I can think of is defective components. It's heat related so maybe a seizing piston or slide pin, poorly made pad linings, warping rotor ...
