Have a new cargo van and when you open the cargo doors both of them tend to come back in 4-6 inches
they open pretty much perpendicular but then immediately close back 4-6 inches
the “latch” thing holds them there but it is not a very wide space to get tools etc in and out of
are most people removing that latch thing and having the doors open all the way out? That would be way more usable
and if so are you adding some kind of rubber stops/ bumpers?
thanks for any help

I'm guessing you're talking about the side doors. You can pull the stop to allow it to open further. At about halfway open, you can pull the stop. This does allow free movement of the doors at this point. I use a bungie to hold it open, but I do have running boards to hook that to. It is an issue. But a minor one.

Yes that is what i meant, the side doors
think i will pull the stop and try to find some of those rubber door holder things like are on other vans and trailers etc
if i find some that work well will post back here with the link
