They're Onki brand. I got them from CarID. In July of '17, they were $414.00, + $70.00 shipping. I like them because they are the same length on both sides, adding to the symmetry of the van. There was drilling involved, but they were on in less than 2 hours.

I would do it a bit more frequently than every 45k miles. I our 2004 was first done at 60k (by myself when I borrowed it from my parents) and then the dealer did it at 95k miles when we had it in for a safety/ownership transfer. I did a pan drop/filter change and it looked great but you just don't change enough fluid. The dealer claimed it was dark at the 95k mark and they pumped 20 litres of fluid through it for a fluid exchange. So, that's something like 25 litres of ATF over 95k miles. If we did it all in 5 litre shots that would work out to a pan drop every 19k miles.

I agree that changing more often will keep fresher fluids in the trans and the intervals can be debated forever. My 2017 6L80 fluid was a little darker red when i changed it out at 50K but i thought it didn't look bad at all compared to fresh fluid.
I use the 'Topsider Oil Changer' (8qt model) that sucks the fluid out the fill tube so no pan dropping until filter change time (45-50K). Takes about 15 min-20 min to complete.
Google motor oil extractors.
