Default 5.7 Vortec Express Knocking while starting

Hi, i have a problem with my Express
Here's a short video
https://youtu.be/Qccfv3p3cwY
The starter was destroyed, after regenerating the starter it started making these wierd noises. I changed the starter for a diffrent one, that works 100%, still no change. It's like it's choking or something. The milometer keeps flashing and changes value in synch with these "spasms". It seems to me that the starter was destroyed because of this. Sometimes, every full moon when the stars align it will start seamlessly and it idles perfecly, noise gone. Any idea what could it be?

You snapon should be able to show you the Throttle Position Sensor value. Make sure that's not malfunctioning.

I would check your fuel pressure. It could be that the pump isn't keeping up or filter is clogged.
