Default 95 Express 1500 van idling super high

So I have a 1995 Express 1500 van, it has a 305, and it is idling way high. It started as an "every so often" kind of thing. The motor would start up fine, drive for a while, then it would just idle slightly high. In the beginning, I could come to a complete stop (leaving it in drive) and the motor would idle down, sometimes for the rest of the drive. It slowly got worse, and it eventually got to the point it is now. The van doesn't have a tach, but it will get to around 50 miles an hour when in drive. We've replaced (in no particular order) the throttle body, throttle position sensor, MAP sensor, and computer. I have been told that it may be a vacuum issue, but we have searched for a month and everything looks fine as far as hoses and connectors. A few questions:

1) Any specific things I should check out?
2) Could the brake booster have anything to do with this?
3) Any other specific information that would help to get to the bottom of this?

Thanks in advance guys.

-Josh

Just wanted to pass on this happened in my S-10 and it was the coolant temp sensor, maybe give it a shot.

I also have a 1998 Chevy Express Van. My check engine light is on and I had it scanned. My Temp. Coolant Sensor is bad. WHere is this located and how do I change it?
