I just got a tune up, new vacuum lines and a new idle air control valve and my car still wants to idle up to 3 rpms only in the morning when its really cold out it will stall if not fully warmed up. once it warms up it no longer does this. Does anyone have a clue on what else it could be? im totally clueless on what else it could be lol.
