My 99 EXPRESS 3500 6.5L TURBO DIESEL recently was run out of fuel everytrhing was bled and I got it running again while driving down the road doing the speed limit it just died. It would start back up and then die again. I had to do this all the way home. I can drive it because it continually does this and didn't do it before. I have put new fuel in it and the filter is brand new. What could be the problem? Thanks!
