ABS code 37 on 1993 Chevy G30 van chassis
Howdy members. I have a small Class C RV situated on a 1993 G30 van chassis.
I've previously had issues with the DRAC module with the DRAC appearing to fail, and the trans then sticking in a certain gear, then working just fine again after a replacement DRAC is plugged in.
This most recent trans failure was preceded by just a few seconds by an ABS warning light, then the trans stuck in second gear. This may or may not be an actual DRAC issue, but fortunately I had a spare DRAC (I had just received a remanufactured DRAC unit calibrated to this vehicle), plugged that in, and was on my way down the road again with no issues. The ABS code I'm getting is #37.
It seems this code could be the following related issues:
1) Erratic left rear speed signal or erratic VSS signal.
2) TCC brake switch circuit error.
There appears to be no actual brake issue, or I don't notice any difference in braking in any form or fashion.
I'm curious if this code can be related to the DRAC, or did they just happen to happen within five seconds of each other?
What can I check?
Best regards,
Paul Mc.
