Thanks. I will in any case also replace the receiver drier, fill with new compressor oil and perform a vacuum pull before recharging with R134. I have my own vacuum pump and hose/gauge set to do that.

for me in Canada...cheaper just to buy here...shipping, exchange rate and border brokerage fees (if you ship ups) kills it. You guys get everything cheap! We get screwed!

Finally got the time to do this.
Took the compressor out of the van.
I had a moped flywheel puller with the correct treads, think it is M19 that fitted perfectly to the treads in the magnetic clutch.
Pulled that off. The pulley and bearing were attached with snap rings so no problem to get them off.
There were six long bolts holding the housing together, took them out.
The housing consists of three pieces which needed to be gently hammered apart.
Once apart it was pretty obvious why it was leaking, the mating surfaces for the three big o-rings were very corroded.
Cleaned all the surfaces were the o-rings should seal up to.
Installed new o-rings and put it back together.
Filled the compressor with 8 fl.oz peg 150 oil.
Also changed the receiver/drier to a new one, as well as the orifice tube.
Put the complete system together and performed a vacuum pull, I did let it pull for about an hour.
Then let it sit for another hour to check the Vaccum was stable and didnīt change. (which it didnīt)
After that, I started the engine and turned the AC and fan on full.
Filled it with 4 12 fl.oz cans of R134.
It now blows really cold air out of the wents and everything seems to work just fine.
Didnīt take that many pics during the process but I attach some pics I took.
