Under the doghouse I found a vacuum hose cut in half, but I can't find where it connects to the vent controller, anyone know ?

 

Usually it's
engine === reservoir === checkvalve === firewall === dash controls
but without knowing your year/model/engine we're just guessing

 

Thanks, I did find the problem, the vac hose was cut in half, I found the other end inside the right wheel well over the upper wish bone, looks like the factory never tied the hose to anything and eventually the vibrations from the suspension cut thru the rubber hose.
