Pull off your door panel on the drivers side and see if the wiring is there......also read this conversation

I just brought nice frount & side doors from junk yard for my 87 g30 bucket van and they have elec. Mirrows / windows. I need to change the windows with my crank ones. I plan to look into wiring the mirrows up and i will post what i find works [or doesn't work , lol]. This will make a good winter projech. I am a contract telephone cable splicer so i have no fear about diving into this. The wourse could happen is to put my old mirrows on [lol , i hope]. Good luck and enjoy the adventure.

It can be done, but the switch is extremely difficult to find (I'm told).

The Express van power mirror switch is easy to buy, and costs less than $25 online
GM part # is 20945027
It's also sold as an AC-Delco part.

The small plastic trim piece that the switch fits in is another matter.
GM only sells that small plastic trim piece as part of a larger assembly that includes window switches, door lock switch and the mirror switch.

No. Switches typically don't interchange between different GM models because they are different cosmetically.
This one is specific to the Express/Savana vans.

You can probably just drill a hole in the plain panel section. It snaps off.

Does the switch control the top and bottom mirrors?
