Unhappy backfire, missfire, warning lights

I have a 3500 van with a 5.7. I have haveing problems big time. It has dead miss that comes and goes. It misfires and backfires. sometimes at the same time of the backfires the gas guage will go nuts. Oh yeah and sometimes the anti lock light comes on but goes off. Most of this happens at the same time. we have hooked to the scanner twice and it shows no codes. any ideas anyone?
