So again, you need to go get your alternator tested. It's free!

Was that photo taken with the van running? The voltage is too low. Your alternator is probably fried.

Yes sir it was on yea I'm thinking my altenator is going out how many days can I drive my van like this

maybe about half an hour if you full charge the battery before you leave. No promises.

yea I'm just going to replace it hopefully that's what it is I just replace it 2 years ago

Alternators should definitely last more than two years (unless you have other issues going on)

Maybe the alternator isn't bad , and you just have some crusty wiring, in which case buying a new one won't do anything.

Always test + diagnose before throwing your wallet at problems.

tested my altenator wit my multimeter getting 12.1 v

wit vanwith 12.5 when turn on 12.1 so yea it's messing up positive behind the screw and negative on base of alternator

so I have a different question behind the serpentine belt there's another smaller belt how do I replace that belt

From below, looks like. If there's no tensioner, then it's a pre-tensioned belt and you need a prybar or something to get it off. Is it slipping?
