2009chevy express 2500 I got a battery charging system wit battery light on on my van no check engine is there a fuse or relay for the altenator I also change my battery light still on heavy rain for 5 days idk if this may be the cause

idk visual inspection looks normal

 

have your battery + alternator load tested. They'll do it for free at the battery dealer, or autozone, etc.

No, the alternator is on all the time, but there's a fusible link.

you cannot visually inspect an alternator. It has to be measured under load.

 

where can I find the fusible link

 

On the cable from the alternator to your battery.
But if that was bad then your van wouldn't run at all.

 

For some reason my stereo went out on Monday no sound then Friday I got that message on dashboard
