I just down loaded a schematic for this van. It shows a backup battery which it could have since it is a conversion van. Where would it be? I found the mgf sticker in the door jamb. It says compliment mfg by neoax.

Some conversion companies put the second battery in a tray on the frame rail under the body.

 

I disconnected the battery cables and checked them for voltage. Nothing there. I did have my horn act up a couple of times when the weather was cold. I got a spare horn relay to try when I take the dash out to replace the speakers. Still draining.
