new battery new alt took of starter bench tested it its fine cleaned every connection i possible could. ive been told by the last owners they were told to change starter because they were bad for killing batterys because of poor ground design,also cant figure out why the wippers always swipe (only once)when i turn the key to on possition. this is a 83 van 20 5.0 liter camper pw,ps,pb,a/c etc. thanks in advance for your opinion.
