Default Express Van Side door panels

I have worked a little more on the van ..... I am going to modify the side door panels that
came off a passenger van...with No side windows in the doors in doing so they connect to the door the same way but there is
NO window gasket to hold the clip in place... ( see pic ) so I marked and drilled the clips
and then popped riveted the clips into place.... ( see pic )....there are 4 clips per door I am now ready to sand the panels
and then modify them for covering.

you mean electronics?, seats are from junkyard for 60 bucks but I made them fit to the van rails, so they comply with state inspection, few leds just to add better look for gauges, and new obdII plug inn computer from Edge products, All bottom since its 3500 has same parts numbers as Hummer H2 so crossdrilled performance rotors were easy replacement.

after fix

before , all rusted and nasty

Somehow I got the Oil Pressure, Oil Temperature, and the Transmission Fluid Temperature, disregard the MPG, that number is way off for some reason. I didn't realize that the oil temp gets way up there, saw 213º on the highway. The CAT temps are the same, must have one sensor, I like the GPS Height (altimeter) it's interesting. I still have to get everything in a pleasing order, not much room on a 4 1/2" cell phone screen.

Awsome job.... I like seeing what others have done and are doing to their vans....
keep given posts... and be more specific as to what you have done and what
parts you replace.. just think of it as telling a story... everyone has one...
and pics represent the story... I have another one.....
just finished my dash cover.. for the ones that have followed along I had a problem
with the one I ordered.. It didnt have the defrost vent on the pass side cut out..
well after all that I went threw.. I eliminated it anyways.. GO FIGURE.. lol
OK STAN.... this is time..were I get to see my nick name.... HAHAHAHA..

I am reading right that you have a 2008 ?

Miine is a 2006 so I am sure there are going to be things that you have that I dont
in the aspect of the ECU... I dont have the oil pressure highlighted in green...
and thats plane stupid.. if you ask me... I have a gauge on the dash... why wouldnt
the computer read and tell oil pressure ?

After your posts #357 & #358, I did what you wrote on my phone with the Torque Pro app. Then this afternoon I drove the van, and saw that the oil pressure, oil temp, and trans temp were in the green list, and they worked. I don't know if it is because we have different scanners? Yes 2008.
