Default bleeding issues

Hi all,

I have an overheating issue with my 6.0 3.500 Express from 04.
It seems that it comes from too much air in the system.
While I was looking at how to bleed correctly, I just found out that the air bleed hose from the throttle body to the radiator was blocked. Solved that problem. The line which comes from the intake to the throttle body is working.
But... the inlet and the outlet port of the tb is still plugged.

Question: can I just put in "something", that the port become open again? Are these 2 directly connected?
Or can I close this ports and just take the line from the intake and guide this to the radiator?

THX
Dirk
