Default BRAKE SWAP - 2004 Express to 1998 Savana

Hey, just wondering if it's possible to swap brakes from a 2004ish Chevy Express to a 1998 GMC Savana. I realize the 2004ish is a 2-piston and the 1998 is a 1-piston and the attachments are all different, so it would be a swap of the entire front end, as in upper and lower A arms and spindles, calipers, rotors, etc. Anyone ever try this, do these parts attach to the existing frame mounts? Any sway bar issues?

Any help would be great, thx.

Ed

First. Why? New rotors, calipers, and wheel bearings in the 98 will last the rest of the life of the van.
The 04 has separate disc from hub, but otherwise not that different.
