I have a 2011 chevy van that had an aftermarket tow assist. The van had been sitting for about a month. Tried to start it and the tiw assist smoked. Now I have mo shifter indicator, my reverse lights stay on, the van doesn't start, and there's a whining noise at the tcm. The tcm fuses are good. Is it a bad tcm?
