Default connecting door lights

I'd like to add these lights but don't know where to connect them.
Besides the driver and passenger doors, my '97 conversion van has 2 side doors and 2 rear doors. I'd try to run the wire from the door bottom with the existing wire bundle but don't know what I'd connect it to. Any ideas?

Connect them to any light that comes on when the door is open.

The rear ones will have to go off the dome light circuit. The door pin that turns them on is the ground so tie into that and get power off anything that is on all the time.

I think finding something to tap into is going to be more work than I care to do...
