Do I really need to spend $75 to $120 for AC Delco ignition coils
Hey all,
New Chevy owner here. My 2016 Chevy express 2500 has a P0420 code and 170,000 miles. So I figured it was time for a tuneup. I am replacing spark plugs, wires, and coils. I’m using AC Delco for the plugs and wires but the coils are ridiculously expensive. Does anyone have recommendations for a quality coil that won’t cost me an arm and a leg?

just leave them alone if they work. Coils aren't a disposable component.
They might last longer than the vehicle.

Message received. I will not be replacing the coils. Seems I got bad advice about them. I haven’t done a tune up since the old cap-and-rotor days …on my ‘77 Cutlass Salon.
Thanks guys!!
