Default ECM 1 fuse blowing 2001 Chevy Express

I have been getting Error codes of P0171 & P1351. Had issues starting but would start. But get P1351. Washed front of engine about 2 weeks ago and would start. got it dried and started. the about a week ago ignition died. Had it towed. Found crank sensor had infinity reading on AB & AC I think. and found EMC ! fuse blown. replaced both. Then a few days later it stalled on a snowy slushy day. But got it started and took it home. Then just yesterday had a snow storm and snow blew through the front grill on the computer wire connectors and wouldn't start. Dried out with heat gun and started right up. Today in the middle of nowhere ignition died and found fuse blown for the second time. Replaced, Stared and idled but when I put it in gear and started to go blew fuse again. #rd time. only had a 30 amp spare fuse l;left and I put it in. Started and when I put in gear ait acted like it wanted to die again but I pumped the gas and it kept running then. Got home.

I guess you'll have to start probing the ECM circuit to find the short.
