Default engine repair and swap. please tell me

I have 2003y chevrolet express 4.3 v6. my car's engine was blow-outed yesterday. So I'll convert from blow-outed express's engine to chevloret astro's(1999-2004y) V6 engine.
Are these engine same? This swap is easy?

I'm living in Japan and My car is parallel imported in here. Chevy express van is very rare in here. So getting another express engine is difficult.
Astro is more few famous car in Japan so more easy to get astro's engine than express's engine.

tell me please.

ooof.
The 4.3 was barely enough for the Astro. It must really struggle in a full-size van. I would go up to at least a 5.3L.
Anyway, the van engines should be the same. Make sure you get the later fuel injected one and smoke test the intake gasket.
