try taking out the spark plugs

Sounds like it's cranking fine to me.

Are you getting good spark?

 

I’m pretty sure after takin the belt off and spraying a healthy dose of starting fluid into manifold it still won’t start so I’d say no, no spark at all. What’s the part underneath coil../ignition control module?

 

It’s held on with 2 8mm bolts?

 

And it’s not the ignition control module, put one of those on yesterday and didn’t start?

Ok have no spark at plugs but do have spark from coil to distributor?

 

And my rotor is also turning

 

I did not see a new cap & rotor mentioned in your parts list
