Express 2500 4.8L Transmission Noise Nuisance
Just bought a used Express 2500 with 49k on it. After driving for one week, noticed a irritating scraping sound (also sounds like water running through old house plumbing pipes) coming from transmission just before shifting into 2nd gear. i brought it back to the dealer and they told me there is a tech service bulletin stating that this is a know problem with this model and there is nothing that can be done about it!
Anyone else heard of this?
