Good luck. the front fenders won't like it.....
You could get a lowering kit, dropped spindles and different rear spings......Huge job, and costs $$$$....but you may also have to run smaller tires, and there goes your fuel economy.....what little there is.
An air suspension kit might be cheaper as you can lower the van when you need to, but have it up to normal for regular driving....
