Heat the springs w/ a cutting torch.

Seriously tho there's lots of aftermarket suppliers that sell shorter springs but it will ride rougher since the spring rate has to be increased to prevent bottoming out.

If you have one w/ torsion bars, you can get new keys to lower the front.

Actually this was the old school way of lowering the front end of a car (called rake) back in the 50s-60s. You put blocks under the frame w/ a gap of how much you wanted to lower the front. Then you'd heat a section of the coil spring w/ a smoke wrench (torch) and the car would sag 'til it rested on the blocks. Wouldn't recommend it today.

I already suggested the safe way to do this.
