Blend door is on the heater box passenger side electronic. Others are just to the left of box and up under dash vacuum and one top right under dash by wind shield Good luck with that one. I took my whole dash off because of remodel. I have 2000 1500 5.7 conversion van. By the way i rebuilt the blend door. It wasn't moving and it didn't smell burnt, so i took apart and loosened the gears and it worked perfect..

I am experiencing the same issue except I don't have rear AC because my van is a cargo van. Were you able to figure it out?

Put some blue dye in it ck for leaks before you put more in.
