Default F25 Fuse value under seat on 2010 Express Van?

Hello,

My sister bought a 2010 Express van. It was a wheelchair van she picked up with a salvage title. Lift was pulled out. The van is an electrical nightmare.

Anyway, she keeps blowing the F25 fuse under the seat. It's the "F25 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Control" It keeps blowing out. It has a 10 amp fuse in it. I have looked high and low for fuse values for the under seat panel and I can't find them. Is 10 amp correct?

Also, the van sometimes has a parasitic drain that kills the battery over night. I have tried an ohm meter but the draw is within range. It's intermittent and I can't find it. Sometimes it kills the battery, sometimes it doesn't. Its to the point now where she just disconnects the battery when she's not using it.

Thanks in advance for any responses.

Regards,

Don't you have a sticker on the inside of the fuse box lid that tells you the fuse values?

This is the problem with salvage vehicles. They can be unending nightmares. Especially if flooded.

Yes 10A with these options. Maybe that's a clue where to look. Looks like it is used to energize the rear defog and mirror heater circuit relay.
C49 - DEFOGGER,REAR WINDOW,ELECTRIC
DE5 - MIRROR,OUTSIDE,LH & RH,REMOTE CONTROL,ELECTRIC,DEFOG,FOLDING,PAINTED
DE7 - MIRROR,O/S LH & RH REMOTE CONTROL,HEATED,BREAKAWAY,T/SIG INDICATOR

Yes, ok, makes sense. Its missing that cover! It was salvaged after owner could not pay towing bill.
