Looking for the Factory service manual for a 1999 Express Van 3500 please. The van starts but stalls immediately unless gas is poured down the intake. Fuel pump already replaced. There weren't any engine codes last time it was checked. Thank you.

 

can your scanner access body codes...b2960...wondering if this is a theft deterrant issue. Is the security telltale light on after cranking?
