fast idle

My 3500 express has developed a really fast idle after warming up, could this be a vacuum leak somewhere?

fast idle

could be a vacume leak which you should be able to hear it sucking air or it may be a sticking EGR valve, I went through that one,gently press on the interior of the egr while it is running
