I have installed a vanrug vantred TPU floor in the back of my 2009 Express Van. It's an explorer conversion so it has wall to wall carpet. It was a decent PITA to remove the carpet in the rear and install the TPU floor but boy is it awesome! My dilemma now is that I have this funky smelling and greenish colored rug in the front of the van and a really sweet black mud/kid resistant floor in the rear. Can anyone recommend a product that replaces the factory flooring? Is there factory rubber flooring for this van? I cant find much online other than this: https://www.factoryinteriors.com/cart/

My other option is to go to home depot and pick some kind of indoor outdoor carpet and see if I can fit it in there without looking terrible.

Let me know if anyone has any ideas - im kind of shocked I can't just find a rubber heavy duty floor for a work van!

 

Factory interiors had a vinyl rubber like option. I opted for their highest priced carpet, seems well made, time will tell.

 

I just ordered that option for the front. Would love to get the wheel sections for the rear in the same material but they will not break up a kit.
